Come Play Chess At the Library

ChessOn Tuesday evenings from 6 to 8 PM, we welcome chess players of all levels who would like to join the Plymouth Public Library Chess Club to join us at the Library.

A few key features are are very important:  The program is open to adults and students.  Students under the age of 12 need to be accompanied by an adult.  Chess sets are provided, although please feel free to bring your own chess set if you have one.  Space will be reserved for play in the last two of the Nook Road study room areas every Tuesday evening this month.  (Please check with the Reference Desk if you need directions).

We are grateful for the guidance which will be provided by Bill Petrillo, an experienced chess instructor, who has taught and led chess educational programs around the country for the USA Chess Federation, and also Jim Pritchard, who has been volunteering his expertise to educate people on chess – the royal game.
