On Saturday, August 18th at 2:30pm, families with children of all ages are invited to join us for a high-energy, Australia-themed show that combines music, culture, science, comedy, character building and audience participation. The show will feature the didgeridoo, a musical instrument usually made from a hollow tree trunk. It has been played by Aboriginal Australians for at least 1,500 years and is known for its otherworldly sound.
Afterwards, at 3:45pm, there will be a hands-on Aussie Funk Jam Workshop for children ages 9 to 17. Registration is required and space is limited! Click here to register on our Calendar of Events, or call the Youth Services Department at (508) 830-4250 x210.
