Placing Plymouth in Literature

Have you ever wondered what it takes for an author to create an authentic local sense of place in a novel?  Or how our own hometown works as a literary setting?  Circle your calendar now to join us on Thursday, November 12 at 11:00am for a special program, Dr. Richard M. Shiff Forum Presents: Literary Salon: Placing Plymouth in Literature.

This virtual event will feature local author, Judith Campbell. Placing Plymouth in mysteries is what Judith Campbell has been doing for many years. Placing a locale, whether fictional or not, can be challenging for a writer. Hear how one author weaves pieces of “America’s Hometown” into her many books, including her latest series with Viridienne Greene.
