Don’t miss Tell me a Story, a collection of children’s books paintings by artists Terry Kole and P. Tony Visco which will be on display from October through early January. The public is invited to join us on Monday, October 21st from 5:00 to 7:00 PM for a celebratory reception – this will be a child friendly event, please bring your family!
Terry Kole has had a long and varied career as a commercial artist both here in the States and in Europe. She had a cartoon strip, was a daily news illustrator for the Detroit News, illustrated theology books in Belgium and created news graphics for the Associated Press while in NYC, Paris, and Amsterdam. In 2009 she returned to the United States and found her niche teaching art to teens and preteens at the Plymouth Center for the Arts where she still teaches today. She illustrated her first children’s book in 2011 and has enjoyed a steady flow of helping authors bring their stories to life every since.
