Don’t miss Today & Yesterday, a collection of oil and watercolor paintings by artists Tony Visco and Carole E. Raymond which will be on display from August through late September. The public is invited to join us on Friday, August 24th from 5:00 to 7:00 PM for a celebratory reception and to enjoy floral interpretations of selected artworks created by The Plymouth Garden Club. Refreshments will be served.
Carole E. Raymond
Carole is an award winning artist who paints, teaches, andexhibits her work. Her classical realism style is evident in her still life paintings. Although mainly self-taught, she has been privileged to study with many accomplished painters both in
watercolor and oil. She teaches oil painting to beginners and intermediate Painters at The Plymouth Center for the Arts.
Carole served on The Board of Directors for The Plymouth Art Guild for over 10 years and is an active member of the Bourne / Wareham, Cape Cod, Falmouth, North River, and Duxbury Art Associations. P. Anthony Visco
P. Anthony Visco, is a resident of Plymouth, Massachusetts and is a widely recognized and popular painter of Oils, Acrylics and Watercolors. Educated at the New England School of Art and Design, (now the The New England School of Art & Design at Suffolk University) and the School of Visual Art in New York.
Anthony is currently a Signature Member of the New England Watercolor Society, a Plymouth Center for the Arts Russell Gallery Artist, Member of the Copley Society of Boston and Associate Member of the National, American and Transparent Watercolor Society. His paintings focus heavily on favorite New England Coastal scenes or abandoned objects in contrasting settings.
