Don’t Be A Victim – How to Avoid Scams

RH_HS_Yellow_Tie_HiRes-200x300On Tuesday, April 18, the Outreach/Senior Services Department will present Don’t Be a Victim: A Seminar on Financial Scamming & Fraud in the Otto Fehlow Meeting Room at 7:00 PM.

Randy Hunt, an active CPA and state representative from Sandwich, will touch on phone call scams, email phishing, the dangers of unsecure websites, and strategies for password protection. This free program is sponsored by the Plymouth Public Library Corporation and no registration is required. Refreshments are courtesy of Brookdale, Plymouth Beach.
