Starting in September, we will be requiring you to present your library card in order to check out items from the library. This is to help protect your private information, to prevent the misuse of cards, and to comply with new library policy regulations.
We know that it can be a hassle to bring your library card. To make this a little easier, over the past month, we have been trying to inform people who have forgotten their cards about this upcoming change.

Do you have a smartphone? Consider downloading a free app such as Cardstar which allows you to scan your library card into your phone – we can check your books out that way as well!
