School Summer Reading

PLYMOUTH PUBLIC SCHOOLS SUMMER READING INFORMATION

Plymouth Elementary and Middle School Students

Books on the lists for Elementary and Middle School students will be kept on carts behind the librarian's desk in the Children's RoomFollow the links to see the lists for elementary and middle school students. Copies will also be available at the Manomet Branch Library. These books tend to get checked out of the Library very quickly, but we are happy to help you see what is here. We can also help you place holds to bring books in from other libraries in the Old Colony Library Network.

Rising Tide Charter School Students

Scroll through the list on the left to view the titles assigned to incoming grades 5 to 12 students.  The network owns copies of all of these books, with many available through our free on-line ebook service, Hoopla.

High School Students

Browse the lists below to see this year's recommended titles.  When viewing a list, clicking on the "check our catalog" link will show all of the formats in which a title is available, including audiobooks and downloadable ebooks.

During the summer months, books on the High School list will be available on a cart next to the Reference Desk at the Main Library.  Copies will also be available at the Manomet Branch Library. Although many of these books get checked out of the library very early in the summer, we are happy to help you either find what is here or reserve copies to bring in from other libraries.
