The Manomet Branch Library, at 12 Strand Avenue, maintains a wide selection of adult and children’s materials, as well as
music CDs and DVDs of feature films.
Programming at the branch includes programs for both children and adults. On Monday mornings offerings include Mother Goose on the Loose (a lapsit program for babies under the age of 18 months for which registration is required), plus Family Story Time, a chance for parents, caregivers, and children ages 6 and under to enjoy books, songs, rhymes, and movement activities together while developing early literacy skills.
Do you love history and great discussion? Consider joining the Manomet History Book Group which meets once a month on Thursday afternoon.
Writers and poets – come join our monthly Writer’s Workshop/Open Mic meetings! Workshops are on a Thursday evening at 7, once a month.
