In order to obtain a library card, a patron must have "proof of positive address" ... this would include any official documents such as a driver's license, a piece of cancelled mail, a statement, or a bill with the patron's current address. Residents outside of the network are eligible for a card at the Plymouth Public Library. Out-of-state residents should call or inquire at the desk concerning borrowing at the library.
