The Yoga Connection with Barbara Ward – Thursdays at 8:30

Barbara Ward, from The Yoga Connection, guides all levels of yoga enthusiasts — from beginners to the more experienced — each Thursday morning at 8:30 am. Join us for a peaceful start to your day and prepare for the weekend.

Yoga has been known to improve your flexibility and balance and is a great stress reliever. It connects mind, body, and spirit, creating balance, strength and peace.

$10 per person; $8 for PPL Corporation Members

Please enter through the side door. We promise a warm, welcoming environment and an atmosphere for the practice of kindness, self-compassion, growth and self-awareness.
