Yoga fans, you can now join us for Buti Flow Yoga classes. Our first class, led by Library Associate Kate Gomes, a certified Buti Yoga instructor, will be on Thursday, August 2 from 6:15 to 7:15 in the Otto Fehlow Meeting Room. Moving forward, classes will be offered through September 27th on Thursday nights at this time in the Meeting Room. Drop by and check out this free yoga option, no registration is required!
Buti® classes utilize spiral structure technique® to facilitate the release plus toning of the body – physical, emotional and energetic. Through primal movement, dynamic asana and cardio-sprints, students breakdown the emotional barriers that hold them back from achieving self-love and true human connection.
The first class will include an overview of Buti and proper form followed by a 45 minute class. All other classes in the series will be about an hour long.
The music will be loud and the energy will be high. Bring your own mat and water. Enter the Library through the side door.
