Plymouth Poe-try Project – Spooky Read-A-Thon

On Friday, October 28th from 10 am to 5 pm in the Otto Fehlow Meeting Room, we will be welcoming anyone interested in hearing Edgar Allen Poe or other spooky poetry or readings, as well as anyone who wishes to read a poem of their choosing.  The Plymouth Poe-try Project is a collaboration with the Library, the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Department, and Quincy College.  Join us as the students from Quincy College who participated in reading Poe-try with selected inmates at the Plymouth County Correctional Facility will share their experiences.  Please drop in to experience a day of Poe-try and get in the spirit of Halloween!

Poe fans:  also circle your calendar for our Thriller Movie weekend: The Pit and The Pendulum will be shown at 2:00 on Saturday, October 22nd.
