Stephen King’s The Shining – Book Talk October 18th

booktalk-kgThe main character of The Shining , Jack Torrance, sees his stint as winter caretaker of a Colorado hotel as a way back from failure, his wife sees it as a chance to preserve their family, and their five-year-old son sees the evil waiting just for them.  We’d like to hear your reactions to this classic tale of horror!  Books to check out are available at the circulation desk–and if the supply runs low, we will be happy to help you place a hold to bring a copy in from the network.

Join us in the Board Room at the Main Library on Tuesday, October 18th at 7:00 pm for a discussion led by Library Associate Kate Gomes.  All are welcome – no registration is necessary.
